Shipping Policy

​​​Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed and sent to production within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. As a print-on-demand business powered by Gelato, your items are custom-made and fulfilled locally whenever possible to reduce shipping times and environmental impact.

 

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Domestic Orders: 7–14 business days after fulfilment

  • International Orders: 14–20 business days after fulfilment
    Note: Shipping times may vary based on your location and local carrier delays.

 

Shipping Costs:
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and item weight. Orders may be shipped from multiple locations depending on the products ordered.

 

Tracking Information:
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if available in your country). Please allow a small delay between placing an order and receiving the tracking information

Return & Exchange Policy

Because all of our products are made-to-order through Gelato, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size or design ordered

  • Buyer’s remorse

 

However, we guarantee quality and will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective

  • You receive the wrong item or design

  • There is a production error

 

To request a refund:
Please email us at (pistondesigns@gmail.com) within 7 days of receiving your order, including:

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • Your order number

 

We'll get back to you as quickly as possible and make it right.

Note: We may not be able to accommodate refund requests submitted after 7 days of receiving the order.

While we do not offer replacements, we may be able to organise a return.

Custom Orders:

Custom orders follow the same policy as shown above however we do not accept refunds if -

  • The information that the customer has provided was incorrect

 

We MAY offer a replacement or refund if -

  • The reason is in line with standard refund policy

  • Details provided were accidentally left out by our designers during the designing phase. (we can 100% guarantee this won’t happen)

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT ALWAYS ACCEPT RETURNS, IF UNAPPLICABLE WE MAY OFFER A FULL REFUND OF THE ITEM.
